Manufacturing niche medical products requires extensive specialist knowledge and technical expertise. Therefore, we have spent many years working together with selected suppliers in Germany and Europe. Manufacturing orthopaedic shoes for clubfoot treatment is a particularly tricky task. Because: The smaller the feet, the more sensitive they are. And the more complicated the production process is. A shoe is manufactured using a combination of manual work and series production, with more than 100 individual stages. The result is a small shoe measuring 70mm in size (the smallest size), aligning the child’s foot into the best possible position.
