The Ponseti conservative clubfoot therapy allows gentle correction of idiopathic clubfoot. A foot abduction brace is indispensable for avoiding a relapse of the clubfoot during the treatment. The ECO-Brace Light orthosis can be applied to children up to the age of 4 or 5. The bar, made of fibreglass plastic, makes the ECO-Brace Light particularly lightweight - the standard version weighs only 138 g. Due to its low weight and easy application it is readily accepted by both parents and children during this important treatment phase.

The abduction angle can be adjusted within the therapeutic range from 0° to 80° in steps by 10°. The dorsal extension is set at an average therapeutic angle of
5°.

released effortlessly. A valuable detail, which in practice increases the compliance.

Wide product range of shoes
Semeda offers a wide range of shoes to fit the child and perfectly support the treatment success. Shoes
are available in sizes ranging from 70 mm to 210 mm. All shoes by Semeda can be used - starting with the leather types from the ALFA-Flex series to the newly developed COMFOOT bandage shoes with
shaped forefoot and heel chassis.

Only one brace throughout the entire therapy
The brace that grows with the patient The length of the brace has to be adjusted to the
shoulder width of the child. Therefor ECO-Brace Light is infinitely adjustable between 20 and 29 cm using a long hole.
